Hi Chris

Thanks for your question. The most direct way to see if your resources are over allocated is to switch to the Resource view (View > Resource Sheet)

Overallocated resources will be highlighted in red.

Hello, once you determine that a resource is overallocated shouldn't levelling clear that? Put them at the right percentage that is recorded in the resource sheet and push the date out?
