Linking to excel

Dear Bethan

Thank you for attending Access 2007 course. I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

As far as I am aware there shouldn't be any issues whatsoever. However if your Excel file has macros and you try to import it in access It will come up with some security warning. If you trust the source of the data then you can simply click on the security warning and choose enable this content.

You will have to consult your technical dept if you get any specific blocking while importing and exporting as it may be certain firewalls or anti virus programs that may be causing the errors.
