Dear Binta

Thank you for attending Access 2007 Intro course. I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

In 2007 it is straightforward to export or import data from other programs such as Excel.

Open the table or query you wish to export.
On the Ribbon choose the External data Tab
Under the Export Group choose the Excel icon
A dialog box will appear. If you want to see the result of your Export in Excel then choose the option Export data with formatting and layout and also open the destination file after the export operation is complete.

If you wanted to export it in an older version of Excel because you might want to share with people who don
