When I am saving the contacts into the folderd. Can they be seen when working off line.
How do I make it so taht they can be if I am working from a hotel / external internet connection via VPN.

Thanks for your post, not sure on your IT setup, VPN connections etc.
I suggest that you contact your IT team and check with them.
