Inserting movies/video clips into powerpoint presentations

Hi Louise,

To insert a movie or sound clip into your presentation, place your cursor where you want the clip to appear, go to Insert -> Movies and Sounds, and then choose from the options. Either browse to your video clip file on your computer, or choose from the built-in gallery.

Remember video clips are usually quite large in size, so it may make your overall presentation file large in disk space size.

Moving shapes where you want

when you move shapes using your cursor arrows they jump around, so by holding down the CTRL key and using the arrows the shape moves where you want it to.
