PowerPoint text selection

Hi,

Just wondering if there is a way to select all text (including that in textboxes and graphs) from a PPT and transferring into a new word doc. This would help checking the PPT especially if each slide is very dense with lots of separate text boxes etc.

Many thanks,

Julian

RE: PowerPoint text selection

Hi Julian

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

You can select all text and objects on a single slide by using Ctrl + A, then you would be able to copy and paste it into a Word document.

However I'm not sure that there is a way that you can do this for the whole presentation at once (as the above only works for a single slide).

Kind regards
Amanda
