I have been using the tab button to move forward in the outline of my numbered lists i.e. To change 2. to a. or a. to i.

But, recently, the tab key works only intermittently.

Please could you advise.

Hmmm, this sounds quite strange.

Does anything in particular happen when you press the Tab key and the numbering level doesn't adjust?

I need to make sure that a document maintains the same values. In the past, on 2003 xl, I have been able to convert to pdf from the menu at the top of the xl doc. Now I have 2007, and the ribbon only allows me to email as a pdf attachement,..
