How do you add movie clips/sound into a presentation? and also, to click on an icon to make it start?

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

In accordance with our fair use policy for the forum, our training team can provide advice or support that relates directly to the training you have completed with us.

Therefore while we can answer questions relating to what you've learned on the Excel Intermediate course, we wouldn't normally answer questions relating to PowerPoint as you haven't done PowerPoint training with us.

To help point you in the right direction, here are a couple of tips for now: you can insert media clips into PowerPoint using Insert - Movies and Sounds. When you insert a movie or sound, you will be given the option of choosing when the sound or movie plays (i.e. by clicking an icon or otherwise).
