Hi Paul
Thanks for getting in touch. You can access templates in Project itself by going to file > new and from the Templates section of the task pane choosing "on my computer"
Click on the Project Templates tab and choose one of the built in plans or click on Templates on office online to find more on the Microsoft website. Also your downloadable materials after the course will have some example project files to work with.
