How do I insert a picture from my drive at work to the powerpoint presentation?For upcoming training course dates see: Pricing & availability

Hi Lucy,It shouldn't matter where the picture is stored, as long as your computer can see the source.
You may need to set up a network drive on your computer to see the disk/folder on which the picture is located.
Once this is done, and you can see the picture using MyComputer, then simply go to Powerpoint -> Insert -> Picture -> From file... and browse using the same method you would in MyComputer.
The powerpoint presentation should then copy the image file into Powerpoint.
