How do you limit the text, i.e. number of characters or words, within an answer box in a form?

Thank you for attending Word Adv course. I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.
In Word 2003 it is quite straightforward to limit the no. of characters. Please follow these steps:
1. Display the Forms Toolbar on the screen
2. Place your cursor where you want the text box to appear
3. Click the Text button the toolbar
4. Double-click on the text button and you will see a Text Form Field Options dialog box.
5. In the Max Length change it from Unlimited to the one that you'd like.
6. Press OK
However if you want to know how to do this in 2007 then please follow these steps:
1. Choose the Developer Tab ( remember if you cannot see the developer tab on the ribbon then simply choose the Office button and then choose Word Options and in the popular put the tick on "show developer Tab on eth Ribbon" option.
