Thank you for your question.

Powerpoint is quite good at creating org charts. If your org charts are large and complex then it perhaps worth looking at Visio which is a more powerful graphics package from Microsoft.

How do I make a cell equal the input of a choice of cells depending on which one is populated.

e.g currently I have the formula in F14 which read =F7 ,to make it equal the contents of F7 but I want amend this to equal either F7,F8 or F9?
