Thank you for attending Access Intermediate course! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.
Teh use of left outer joins and Right outer joins depends on which table's records you want to see entirely and which table's records you want to be hidden.
In the relationship window when you right-click on the relationship arrow and choose modify relationships you can click on the join types! No. 1 is teh Inner join 2 is the left Outer Join and 3. is the Right Outer Join.
