Steven has attended:
Excel Advanced course

Interactive Excel Web Pages!

When saving excel data as a web page, is there a way of refreshing the data on the web page when the original excel document is amended!

For upcoming training course dates see: Pricing & availability

RE: Interactive Excel Web Pages!

Hi Steven,

Thank you for your question.

When you go to File and Save as Web Page, click on the Publish button and select the checkbox that starts 'Autorepublish everytime...'. The next time open the webpage, the saved changes to the worksheet will automatically be updated.

I hope this answers your question.

Regards

Simon

Excel tip:

Pivot table grouping

If you want to group items in a pivot table together, simply highlight the labels for the fields either with the shift key (if adjacent)or with the contral key if they are not next to each other.
Right click and choose group. Give the cell a name.

When you double click on this cell it will either expamd or collapse your grouped area
