Hi Alex

Thank you for your question.

To record a macro you select Macros from the Tools menu and select Record a New Macro. You then complete the tasks you want recorded and the select Stop Recording from Tools / Macro menu.

It will record every minor thing you do so it might take a few records to get it correct and useable.

If you want to explore the programming in Word some more we can provide training so please do phone the office to discuss it further.

Get sorted - sorting text in Word

Word's Sort feature will automatically redisplay text or numbers in ascending or descending order.

The Sort feature can be found under the Table menu in Word, although it can be used on text or numbers outside of tables as well.

To sort text in your document:
