RE: Access

Hi Robyn

You have many choices of format when wanting to e-mail an Access report. One way is:

1. In Access view the report in Print Preview

2. Right Click on the report

3. in the menu select Send To and Mail Recipient (As Attachment)

4. A dialog box appears with a list of Formats to select

5. Select the format that best suits the software the receiver will be using to read the report

6. An Untitled message will appear with thereport attached

7. Compete the message and click Send.

Hope thi helps

Carlos
