RE: Access

Dear Filsan

Thank you for attending Access Introduction!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

Forms are one of the objects of MS Access Database that are a user friendly way of inputting or viewing data. Although you can view and enter data in Tables but they are not "attractive" as the forms. So in short we can say that Forms are make up for your existing tables and queries to make them look "more attractive" so the end-user finds it more user friendly.

Common examples could be entering your details on-line for may be Facebook, Yyahoo, Hotmail registration.

I hope this has answered your query.

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!

Kindest Regards

Design View in Relationship window

Your in the Relationship window and changes are required to be made to a Table's design.

Rather than exiting the Relationship window, if you perform a right-mouse click on the table, it opens that table up in Design view
