Neil has attended:
Excel VBA Advanced course

VBA

Is there a function like UBound(), which returns the index number of the filled cell with the largest index number (instead of the index number of unfilled cells)?

RE: VBA

Hi Neil

Thank you for your question

First let me apologise for the delay in responding to your question. We have recently had very high volumes of posts on the site.

If your question is still current could you clarify a few points for me? What precisely do you mean by index number, are you refering to the index function? Could you also perhaps provide a concrete example to help me place the problem in context?

Thanks

Stephen

Excel tip:

Adding up time greater than 24 hours

When you add up time if it exceeds 24 hours i.e 27 hours appears as 03:00. Go to Format / Cells / Number / Custom. The format is hh:mm but if change it to [hh]:mm it will add up to the correct amount of hours.
