Is it possible to show all the work someone has been assigned across multiple projects?

For upcoming training course dates see: Pricing & availability

RE: Resources

Hi Beth

Thanks for your question. Yes it is possible. To do this first create a project file that just contains your resource information. This is now your resource pool. Keep the resource pool and open your project file that needs resources. From the Tools menu choose resource sharing > share resources and choose the option to use resources from the resource pool. Repeat this process with the rest of your projects.

To see a combined overview of resource assignment across all of your plans take a look at the resource usage view in your resource pool

I hope this helps - do let us know if you have any further questions.

Kind regards,
Andrew
