RE: Colour changes on the Gantt chart

Thanks for your question. You can either double click on an individual bar and set its colour and shape directly or you can highlight several tasks and from the format menu choose Bar... to format several tasks at the same time.
Lastly you can modify the underlying style for all tasks in your Project by going to Format > bar styles and modifying the task entry to your new requirements.
To revert back to standard formatting go to Format > Gantt chart wizard and from the options select standard formatting.
