Thank you for your question.
Here are the main differences between 2003 and 2007:
*Visual Charts - Bar charts, Pie charts etc.
*Multiple Undo's and Redo's
*Change working time screen has changed and improved
*Change Highlighting
*New Material type called Cost
*3D shaped visual Gantt bars
*Improved collaboration with other products
You can open all 2003 projects from within Project 2007 but when you save them, you can do File Save As and save them as a Project file which will be the latest version.
