James has attended:
Access Intermediate course

PowerPoint 2007

In PowerPoint 2003 it was possible to format > slide design, and choose to apply to the current slide only.... In PowerPoint 2007 I cannot find out how to change the theme of an individual slide.... Is it possible?

RE: PowerPoint 2007

Hi James

Thank you for your question.

In accordance with our fair use policy for the forum, we can answer questions that you have, which relate directly to the content of the course/s you have attended with us.

Therefore usually we would only answer questions you have relating to the Access Intermediate course you have attended.

In this instance we will point you in the right direction in relation to your PowerPoint question, however due to the high volume of questions we have and the fair use policy it may not always be possible to do this.

If you have a particular slide up on your screen and you wish to change the theme for that particular slide, then right-click on the Theme you wish to apply, and select Apply to selected slides.

Kind regards
Amanda

Powerpoint tip:

Make an impact with your opening

Setting a few slides on a continous loop before beginning a presentation can help to set the presentation tone for the audience and build audience anticipation and curiosity.

Once you have created your opening presentation slides, open the presentation and go to Slide Show - Set Up Show, then tick the Loop continuously until "Esc" box.

Put the presentation into slideshow view then press the Esc key when you are ready to begin your actual presentation.
