Lita has attended:
Access Introduction course
Word Intermediate course
Word Advanced course

Microsoft word

When setting up templates and saving them can you then access these on a network or do they have to be put on each C drive?

RE: microsoft word

Hi Lita,

Thank you for your question.

When you create a template you can save it on a shared network drive so everyone that has access to that drive can create new word documents based on the template.

I hope this answers your question.

Regards

Simon

Word tip:

Configure paste options in Word 2010

When you copy text and paste it into Word, the formatting is the same as where you copied the text from originally. You can change it to match the formatting of the current document but to avoid having to do this every time you paste text, follow the following steps:

1) Click the Office button
2) Then Word Options
3) Go to Advanced
4) Under the Cut, copy and paste heading, use the first four drop-down menus to choose a default setting for format pasting.
