Hi Tracey,

Thank you for your question.

The Booking Type field is only used in conjunction with Microsoft Project Server.

It specifies whether a resource is committed to the project (which is like writing their name in ink) or the resource is
proposed on the project (which is like writing the resource name in pencil) which means you can easily rub it out if they are not used.
