Formatting and excel

What is the best way of consistently formatting a presentation someone has sent to me that they have produced?

What is the best way of inputting a large amount of data from excel?

For upcoming training course dates see: Pricing & availability

RE: formatting and excel

Hi Anne,

Thank you for your question.

1. You can create your template and apply it to the presentations you are given. So it would involve setting all the formats, any logos and pictures you want to appear on every slide in Slide Master view.

2. I would say the best way of doing it is to copy and paste the data directly from the spreadsheet.

I hope this answers your question.

Regards

Simon
