Hi Sarah,

Thank you for your question.

If you are typing lots of bullet points or paragraphs of text into a slide, when the text or bullet reaches the bottom border of the placeholder, an Autofit options box appears to the left.

Hover over that box with your mouse and click on the drop down arrow. You will then be presented with options of how to handle the overflow text.

Multiple Presentations

You can open as many presentations as your computer memory can handle, this is good for copying slides from one to another. To view all open presentations on screen, use the Window, Arrange All command. To scroll through all open windows one after another use the Ctrl+F6 command.
