'Intelligent' navigation around worksheets

I want to make macros find data in a style more like a human user would do.

How do I get a macro to navigate around a worksheet to find certain values? Are there useful tools / commands I can use to select cells based on location, properties or formatting rather than the value?

RE: 'Intelligent' navigation around worksheets

HI Matt

Further to your query, it looks like you are trying to build in funtionality which would be realistically addressed by having the assistance of a trainer/consultant.

We would need to agree a scope of work, features, and duration. If you are interested in us assisting in this way please let me know.

Regards

Jacob

Vba tip:

Add A New Sheet at the end of the Workbook

To add a new sheet at the end of the workbook you need to count the sheets in the workbook using:

Sheets.Count

Then use this value as the rank of the sheet after which you want to add the new sheet:

Sheets.Add After:=Sheets(Sheets.Count)
