Thank you for your question regarding images.

To add a photo to your website, first you need to have it electronic format, preferably a jpeg or gif file. You can use bmp too, but they tend to be rather large in file size.

Once you have your file, make sure you put it into the IMAGES folder in your website. This will allow you to add it to your webpage.

Once you have the file in the images folder, then use INSERT > IMAGE to locate the file and intert it into your webpage.
