RE: Tasks

Hi Paul

Thanks for the post - sorry for my delay in getting back to you
You Could use tasks in outlook for basic project management but it wont be the best way to do this, i would recommend thinking of using Project to do this if you want to do this i could send you a couse outline for Project Intro

If you are going to use task for this i think you should be very specific with your tasks and make sure you keep a track of what is going on with your tasks especially the assigned tasks

If this posting has helped in answering your query then I would request you to mark the posting as Resolved. If, however, it hasn

Outlook tip:

Showing all menu items

If you go into a pull down menu you usally find that you get a selection of items(this is the default) or sometimes everything. If you only get a selectiopn you have to go to the double arrows at the bottom of the menu and click it to get all of the hidden items.
To turn this off so that you always get everything, go to Tools / Customize / Options Tab / "Always show full menus". Make sure there is a tick in the box and you will always have every item.
