RE: Linking external tables?

Hi Hemant

To link a Access to a table in another database, do the following:

1. In the Access database Select File / Get External Data / Link tables

2. In the Link dialog box search for and locate the required database.

3. Click Link

4. In the Link Tables Wizard select the required table. Click OK.

Your new table appears in Access with the link symbol ready to be used.

Hope this helps

Carlos
