Hi Ruth,
Thanks for the question... I am assuming that you mean inserting movies, if so this is how you do it. ... Go to the menu command Insert, choose Movies and Sounds, Choose the location where your movie is saved, I'm supposing that it's saved as a file on your hard drive. Click on the icon and choose Insert. The movie will appear as a rectangle or a graphic in your slide, resize this - (remember proportions). Change to Slide View and your movie will play. You can change the way and how the movie will play using the Custom Animation Features on the Slide Show Menu command.

Want to remove formatting from text in PowerPoint? Select the text and use Ctrl + spacebar to remove formatting.

The selected text is formatted to the font used on the slide master in PowerPoint.
