Hi Peter

thanks for your question. To colour the task bars automatically depending on the resource assigned you will need to employ some VBA programming to your plan.

Unfortunately this is outside the scope of this forum but we are able to offer consultancy support (which is chargeable).

Ever feel lost on a large project file? In Gantt view, Task ribbon, Editing, click on the Scroll to Task tool to centre the task bar on your screen.

Shortcut Ctrl+Shift+F5
