Hi Sophie

Thanks for the post, sorry i haven't got back to you sooner

I have looked in to this and all you need to do is re-apply the different condition to the column of text if this doesn't do the trick, then sort your data by city then do conditional formatting on the data

Excel tip:

Select Single Data Marker

To select a single data marker in a chart, ie line, bar or column;
After you have pressed Ctrl+Click (to select the entire chart) you can press the Up or Down arrows to select a data series, then press the Left or Right arrow to select a data point within that series.
