Hi Kate,

Thank you for your question.

If you have a big Companywide PowerPoint presentation which has department information displayed, you can create a custom show for all the slides relating to a particular department. Then if you have to run the slide show for that department, you can use the Custom show.

Powerpoint tip:

Change The Powerpoint view to 16:9 ratio

In PowerPoint you can adjust the 'Page Setup' commands to change the height and/or width of the page - changing the aspect ratio.

You can make it so that the effect on screen will look similaar to the letterbox films that you see on TV - with black space above and below the picture.

Choose 'File' menu, select 'Page Setup'.

Make the Width 64 cm and the Height 36 cm.

Click OK
