Hi Paul,

Thank you for your question.

If you have created a form you can switch to design view and apply conditional formatting to one of the fields.

E.g. The form contains a field called Qty of Stock. If the values of the stock are greater than 100, then you can conditionally format those values in a different font colour.

The greater then 100 is the Condition and the changing the colour of the font is the format.
