Hi Russell,

Thank you for your question.

Open your report in Design view and add a Text Box unbound control.

Rename the text label and the right click over the Unbound control. Select the Events tab and click into the Control source field. Click on the three dots and you then create the formula in the Builder window.

Hiding rows and columns

To hide a column or row in Access, you need to minimise the column or row. This can be done by placing your mouse on the right edge of a column, wait for the mouse to change to a double aroow and then drag to minimise the column
