Hi Ruth,
Thank you for your question;
In answer; at least I think it is the answer you are looking for, if you wish to start a new line in a cell use the keyboard command ALT+Enter. I hope that helps... Pete

Microsoft office tip:

CLOSE and SAVE ALL

Instead of closing or savng all your files one by one, you can do this in one step by holding the SHIFT key whilst clicking on the FILE menu.

You will then see a Close All and Save All option in the menu
