I wish first letter in "Excel" or in "Words" to be in Capital. How can I set this up?

You can use a function called =PROPER() this function converts text to capitalise the first letter. WIthin the brackets you must select the cell that contain the text.

=PROPER(text)

This formula that returns text, or a reference to a cell containing the text you want to partially capitalize.
