I didn`t really understand the utility of using scenario.
I also would like to know if with macro when I record the job, i actually refind it the next day on a new sheet

Stefania - scenario is used to ask "what if" about the result of your data. As we practiced, we actually earned 20% last year, we would like to know what costs or income would need to change in order to increase our profit - we would use a scenario.
If you create a macro and store it in the workbook you are working in, it will only be available in that workbook. If you want Macros to be available in new and other workbooks, then when you create it you have the option to save it for all workbooks.
