Microsoft Access Training

I've just completed the Access 2007 Introduction and I'm looking to attend the intermediate course this month. On checking your training schedule there is no more Access 2007 course scheduled for this month. Is it advisable for me to attend the Access 2003 intermediate instead or is it better to wait till January for the 2007 Inremediate course?

RE: Microsoft Access Training

Hello Mary

Thank you for your qustion.

I would advise attending an Access 2007 Intermediate course so best to wait until January.

Kind regards

Access tip:

Copy a Previous Record's Values to a New Record

If you often enter the same value in one field of a table, there are two methods to save re-typing the data.

1. Use Ctrl+' (apostrophe) to repeat the value input in the previous record.

2. Change the field's DefaultValue property in Design View to the most commonly used value.
