Follow-up markers in Outlook

If an email in Outlook is marked as follow-up with a reminder date and time, how can this be made to "beep" in the same way as Task reminders do

For upcoming training course dates see: Pricing & availability

RE: Follow-up markers in Outlook

Hi Nicholas

Thank you for your question. After testing on a couple of machines I've found that Outlook does use the reminder.wav audio file by default for both task and flag reminders.

If you find that tasks do play the reminder chime but flagged items do not then check with your IT team to make sure relevant files are working, audio drivers are installed etc.

Kind regards,

Andrew
