RE: Graphs in Access

Dear Valerie

Thank you for attending Access Intermediate course !! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

Creating Charts is quite straightforward in Access compared to Excel.

To create charts you have to be in Forms.

Click on the New Button

Choose Chart Wizard from the list and then choose the Table or Query which contains the data for chart

Press OK

Choose (Double-click) the fields that need to be displayed in the chart

Press Next

Choose the type of chart suitable for the fields you selected.

Press Next

Drag and drop the fields to the relevant places in the chart

Press Next

Type a suitable name for the Chart form

Press Finish

In the Form if the Chart seems to be too small then go to the design view and adjust the size to your requirement.

I hope this has answered your query.

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!

Kindest Regards
