Hi Nicholas

I trust that you enjoyed your Access Course.

There are two methods of data validation, the first you can carry out in the design view of Microsoft Access, thus go into design view and when you click on one of your entries you will see in the table at the bottom of the page, a row that says validation, within this row you can enter your validation.

The other options are that you can write some VBA or VB code to handle the data validation.
