RE: access

Dear Laura

Thank you for attending Access Intermediate course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

Primary key is not needed if you are going to only have one table or tables that will not be related to each other.

Primary key is very important when you want to relate tables to each other and extract records from them. Of course in order to create the relationship please remember that there is a foreign key in the other table. If you don't have primary key that means that tables cannot be linked and there will be no difference between using Access and Excel!!

I hope this has answered your query.

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!

Kindest Regards
