Thank you for attending Access Intermediate!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

PK, standing for Primary Key is also known as the key field is the field that helps to make a particular record stand out from the other records. This means that the value in this filed cannot be duplicated.

Some examples are Customer ID in a customers table, Supplier ID in a Supplier Table, etc...

This is particular helpful when you start relating tables to each other. If you need more info on how to relate tables in MS Access then please reply to this post and I should be able to provide you with some response.
