Thanks for your post - sorry for my late reply

You can use note to insert items on many new things all you do is open up a new task or an existing task and insert any notes you have in your notes in outlook - you can aslo insert these items on most new entries in outlook e.g. messages appointments, journal entries assigned tasks aswell as tasks
