How, if you have more than three groups, do you add a future contact to distribution group - so the three groups are in alphabetical order? Group 1 filled up due to server restrictions so - to add a new contact we have to add to group 3 - which puts the contacts out of alphabetical sync.

How you need to organise you distribution lists would be rename you list in groups like this maybe A to E then F to J and so on then go into your list and use the columns i.e. the name column and click the heading a sort it A to Z you will have to do this for each list
