Hi Clarke

Project is certainly able to work with more than one project plan at a time.

From any project you can go to the insert menu and choose Insert > Project... and browse to find another project file to bring into your plan.

One thing to bear in mind is that the embedded plan represents the live data from the source file. In other words if you edit and save it in the combined project the source file is also updated.

Giving Someone a Gantt Chart Snapshot

To pass on a picture of a Gantt chart segment, choose the appropriate view, select the rows to be included, then click on the camera icon and select For Screen. The graphics image can be pasted into another document. (See Paste icon forn Project 2010)
