RE: Resource Sharing

Hi Ekow

Thank you for your post to the forum. Resource sharing is a means to having a single pool of resources shared between several projects. A resource pool is a project plan with only the resource sheet completed. To connect a plan to the resource pool first open resource pool the open the project plan that needs resources. In the project plan go to the tools menu and choose resource sharing then click on share resources and set the plan to use resurces from the pool.

I hope this helps - do let us know if you have any questions.

Kind regards,
Andrew
