How can one enter a fixed value into all records for a single field within that record

Thank you for attending Access Introduction!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.
In teh Table design view click the field where you want the default value
On the Filed Prperties section type in the value you want every new record to have in the Default Value box.
If you go to the Datasheet view and create a new record ytou will notice the field will automatically have the data that you entered in the design view.
If you create a form based on this table the default value will be copied over.
